Shipping & Return Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2025

1) Where We Ship

  • We sell/ship within the United States only (no international shipping at this time).

2) Shipping Rates & Timing

  • Flat-rate postage: $6.25 on all orders.
  • Handling time: typically, 1–3 business days to prepare your hand-made item(s).
  • Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days via major US carriers (varies by destination and season).
  • You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

3) Taxes

  • Wisconsin shipments: 5% sales tax added at checkout.
  • Other states: no tax charged unless otherwise required by law.

4) Order Threshold Discount

  • 15% off all orders with merchandise subtotal over $50.00 (before tax & shipping).
  • Discount is applied in cart/checkout and shown in the order summary.
  • Not combinable with certain promotions. Subject to change.

5) One-of-a-Kind & Stock Accuracy

  • Many items are one-of-a-kind. If an item shows a quantity of 1, it will automatically show Sold Out once purchased.
  • We maintain exact stock counts in our back-end; if an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you promptly to refund or suggest an alternative.

6) Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t right:

  • Return window: within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: unworn, unused, in original packaging (tags/boxes/pouches).
  • Non-returnable: custom/personalized items, gift cards, clearance/final-sale items, and earrings (for hygiene).
  • Process: email grandpastreasures024@gmail.com with your order number and reason to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA may be refused.
  • Return shipping: customer-paid unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect. We recommend a trackable method.
  • Exchanges: subject to availability. If an exchange isn’t available (one-of-a-kind), we can process a refund per the policy.
  • Refunds: to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

8) Address Issues & Lost Packages

Verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. We’ll help where we can.
