1) Products & Pricing

• Our jewelry is hand-made; minor variations in color, pattern, or size are normal and part of the uniqueness of each piece.
• Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice. Your order total is confirmed at checkout.

2) Orders & Payment

• Orders are offers to purchase; we may accept or cancel (e.g., stock errors, suspected fraud).
• Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment processor.
• Taxes: We apply 5% sales tax to orders shipping to Wisconsin addresses. No tax is charged for other US states unless required by law.

3) Shipping

• We ship to US addresses only.
• Flat-rate postage: $6.25 per order (see Shipping & Return Policy for details).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery scan by the carrier to your address.

4) Discounts & Promotions

• 15% discount applies automatically to orders with a merchandise subtotal over $50.00 (before tax and shipping).
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash. May not be combinable with other offers. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

6) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content you submit (e.g., reviews) on our site and marketing, provided it does not infringe others’ rights or violate laws.

All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Grandpas Treasures and protected by law.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
